2001年毕业于南开大学化学系,获学士学位;2006年毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,获博士学位;2006年-2009年在德国马普学会Fritz Haber研究所从事博士后研究,2008年担任项目负责人。2009年-2012年受聘于中国科学院金属研究所、沈阳材料科学国家(联合)实验室,担任研究员&课题组长。2012年3月受聘于中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,组建非金属催化团队担任团队负责人;2021年12月入选首批中国科学院特聘研究岗位-特聘骨干岗位;2021年7月-2023年5月任中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,技术转移与知识产权处处长。
在Science、Nat. Catal.、Nat. Commun.、 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、JACS、Adv. Mater.、Carbon、Chem. Comm.等期刊发表论文百余篇,申请专利百余件、授权专利41件(其中5件国际专利)、5件软件著作。先后主持包括国家优秀青年基金、国家联合基金重点项目、浙江省杰出青年基金、中国科学院前沿重点项目等多个项目。
